Very well located by the river , close to shops and restaurants. Hotel is very clean and bright at the reception . Bar is excellent , reasonably priced compared to those outside , nice canapés too.

Fabulous location for sightseeing in Florence, amazing view of Ponte Vecchio, would stay again

Location was amazing -all the sights we wanted to see were a 10-15 minute walk. Most of the hotel staff were helpful, the river view was amazing to wake up to. Hotel was a calm oasis after busy days, rooms comfortable. Breakfast was very good - so many options of hot, cold, savoury and sweet. There were clearly labelled vegan and gluten free sections and staff were very happy to provide alternative milks. Useful toiletries, very clean bathroom and excellent daily room cleaning.

One of the staff we came across was not very helpful, he made it seem as if we were being difficult and the room for 3 we booked involved a single bed being put up in a twin room when we had already arrived. We booked 3 rooms - two had a river view but were very different in size. Neither of these rooms had tea and coffee making facilities and when we asked it took a lot of explaining and 24 hours for a kettle to be installed. There was quite a lot of street noise at night time from the walkway alongside the river (in river view rooms) this was ok when we shut the windows but we had them open as it was very warm and the a/c had been turned off in November.

I was really happy with my choice of hotel. Everything was perfect.

The location - easy walking distance to all major attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. A great place to stay in Florence.

Terrific location, staff and hotel. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend

Staff were excellent- very friendly and went out of their way to help. Wonderful location with easy walking to everything in Florence and an added bonus of having breakfast included which exceeded our expectations. Rooms were clean, comfortable and BIG which is hard to come by in Italy

It’s a beautiful property with excellent hospitality.

Everything was Excellent

view of river/porta vecchia was excellent! Staff so friendly and helpful! Breakfast great! Price very good for position and quality of hotel!

toilet paper tooharsh????. But the biggest thing was the fact that to switch from tub spout to shower spoout was like doinh a rubitz cube! I didnt figure it out till last day. And the room was kept at such a hot temperature we had to open the window. Although I suspect this was due to mandates from the government.
